Had an appointment today for a referral to a specialist. The appointment was 09:40 I got there 09:35 and I waited until 10:25 to been seen by the doctor. During the waiting time I was at the toilet, they don’t have any tip of soap, disinfected or paper towels to dry your hands, was barely coming warm water on the tap.The appointment was for my soon, the doctor didn’t have any patience to look or understand he’s issues, I have been inside the doctor office for 3 minutes and waited on the corridor for almost an hour. Where is the logic ?

Unhelpful. My husband has been with this surgery since he was born and cant get an appointment with the doctor of his choice for at least 4 weeks. A prime example of nepotism never works always promote talent not family. Everytime i want an appointment its always a nurse. The last time my husband got an appointment to see dr reade was early 2019 the next time we set eyes on him was at the saints stadium overseeing. The covid injections. He said in the paper that the changes theyve made are better for the patients and thats what the patients want but i dont remember anyone asking patients if thats what they wanted. I notice that the majority of the good reviews are from new patients and not long term ones. Thats because the patients that have been wirh you for years are ignored

I’ve been with this practice since I was a child but haven’t visited much for years. I had my first smear test with Nurse Sarah and honestly could not give her enough praise. She explained the whole process throughly and asked me how I was feeling about it all, which I really appreciated. The test was painless and she made me feel so comfortable! The receptionist I spoke to (not sure of her name but she has dark hair) is also such a lovely women and was so friendly when I booked my appointment.

Booked in using the electronic screen. Waited a few minutes before being seen. Nurse was very friendly and professional.

On alot of medications and have been for years and never had so much trouble to get them, im epileptic and have a multitude of mental health! I have recently within the last month had so many triigers some from the gps surgery themselves! The staff are so laxy daisy its clear they do not care 1 bit about there patients, i suffer with my mental health and in the past month had a severe drop regarding it. were hallucinations peaked, to this police was rung as i literally thought i was going to die to give u an idea! Due to this recent break i can not leave the house ect so can not walk down when theres issues! and the staff find it amusing that every single week without fail it isnt done on time! Will be moving surgeries as soon as i can, im yet to see a doctor there even though iv been a patient there 2+ years lets hope they no what theyre doing, all them can do attitude receptionist! Clearly targetting vulnrable patients!

Recently joined this surgery. Found the receptionists, nurses etc., helpful and pleasant. The doctor I saw was also very pleasant and listened to all my symptoms. Dr. Assad, I think. I had an X- Ray the same day as recommended. So far have always managed to get to speak to someone on the phone. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the short time I have been with the surgery.

After failing to get any help from a dr, I went here. There was a bit of a wait, which was to be expected. But staff were brilliant and I got treatment I needed.

This is possibly the best doctors surgery I've been too. Moved to the area and they were taking on new patients. All the staff are so helpful and put you at ease the minute you walk in! So glad I've changed!

I needed an appointment for my son recently, he's immuno suppressed after bone marrow and I was on holiday. He needed to be seen urgently after ringing me from home. I rang and spoke to the lovely young receptionist who sorted an appointment for a few hours later. Thank you, you put my mind at ease when I was in a different country worrying about my son. Brilliant doctors and I've recently only joined this practice and so happy with them
