As I was working full time, I needed an agent that could manage the property professionally and efficiently for the tenants, as well as myself as landlord. I have had the genuine pleasure of having my single letting property managed by Jeremy and Hannah Jago, Annette Hughes and the rest of the team since 2014. I was initially a nervous landlord and didn't/don't have a large cash flow to manage property issues. However, Jago and Jago have been superb at guiding me through processes and mandatory requirements, are supremely helpful and always ensure I am provided value for money quotes for work. I am happy and my tenant is happy, so I think that's a good measure of Jago and Jago's support.
