Had a brilliant experience having a filling done yesterday. Dr Rotaru explained all procedures and I felt totally at ease. Friendly and very professional service. I am very fearful of dentists and once as a child bit my dentist so that he needed stitches! Think my fears have been cured…

Disgusting way to treat someone. Was 4 minutes late to appointment at 5:25 for my 14 month old (you are rarely on time with babies!) was kept waiting 2 minutes at reception before being told that the dentist had gone home because we were late! By 4 minutes! No attempt to contact me to tell me this would be the case, could have saved me the journey with a baby. No apology, receptionist just gave me a well you shouldn't have been late" face. No decent attempt to fit us back in soon

After years of avoiding the dentist, I went along very nervously. Dentist Stewart has been just great in the years since. Very kind and understanding. Doesn't make me feel like a complete wimp and with the biggest smile. Great service provided here all round. Highly recommend.

When my brace partially broke free over the weekend I popped into the Practice first thing on Monday morning. Explained the issue, that the brace was loose and jabbing painfully into my tongue. I was asked to wait in the upstairs Waiting Room. I was seen within 5 minutes and my brace was fixed back onto my teeth 5 minutes later. Can't fault the service, the staff or the dentists.Thank you for seeing me so promptly and fixing what was rapidly becoming a painful issue.

Excellent dentists.. receptionist very nice also.The dentists have a gentle approach and explain everything thoroughly.. I am normally very nervous about going to dentist but im totally fine with this practice. Penny is my regular dentist.. she is amazing.
