I have been very impressed with Neil Robinson Estate Agents. Both options of Sale and Rental were presented at our first meeting where Lloyd and Bliss explained each process. My first thought regarding the flat was to sell and we quickly got to a point where an offer was made and accepted. However for personal reasons this fell though and as the sales enquiries dried up, I turned to the rental option. Bliss arranged 2 open days and an application was made at full rental price. The process has been quick and easy.

The level of service provided by Neil Robinson - in particular by Bliss - was really outstanding.Previously, we used the service of a big estate agency firm to let a property, and it went from one disappointment to the next one.With Neil Robinson Estate Agents, everything worked perfectly and on time. The advert was online the same day as we requested it, viewings started straight away, the candidates screening process was smooth and Bliss provided invaluable advice to help us achieve the best results; once the referencing was completed it only took a few hours for the agency to sort the agreement, the payments and move the tenant in.We wish we had found Neil Robinson sooner, as it would have saved us a lot of money and trouble, as not only they provide a much better service than some big and famous competitors, they are even less expensive.

The experience has been very smooth from start to finish. We applied on a Friday and were told that we would hear back on the Tuesday. We actually heard back Monday morning, which saved us a long journey to and from to view a house that we weren’t interested in. The service has been extremely efficient throughout and everything has been communicated clearly! Bliss has been looking after our property and her communication and helpfulness has been second to none.

The guys at Neil Robinson, specifically Frances, Lloyd and Mia, have been brilliant from start to finish. They provide realistic expectations, ensure potential buyers are in the position to make offers, and guide you through the whole process.They are professional, and caring and go above and beyond to help where they can.Would have no hesitation in Recommending them at all.
