Car wheel exploded nearby, drove in and told they cannot help. Waited for AA to arrive. Then a mechanic storned over and said the AA cannot come here. When help arrived the mechanic stormed over again, this time swearing telling us to nice the f-ing car.Very rude and unhelpful. Would never use.

Amazing service. I rang to get a spot for car that has failed an MOT, and was told they are fully booked. The mechanic instead still decided to share some great knowledge to make sure I don't get done over from another mechanic. Really great knowledge and really appreciate the honesty. Will be back to rebook in the future.

Gone downhill since the change of management. Took my car in for an engine noise and was told it was the turbo. They told me they couldn't fix it and charged me for the time to diagnose. Took it elsewhere and it turns out it was a simple belt pulley bearing. I guess this place is ok if you just want an oil change.

I have had the pleasure of having my cars serviced and worked on for a number of years at Regal Motors and I have never been let down, overcharged or had additional unnecessary work carried out. They have recently changed the timing belt on my current vehicle and actually came in under the quoted price. Professional, friendly, trustworthy and honest. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
