As a new client to Brow HQ, I had booked in for a brow lamination this morning with Shelly. I felt very welcomed and at ease from all staff members. Shelly listened to me and accommodated to what I wanted to achieve from my treatment, against what would suit me best. Her level of expertise gave me a high quality brow lamination which I loved. Their pricing is very fair, considering the quality of treatment they deliver. I highly recommend this place and I cannot wait to come back!

I had my yearly brow colour boost with the fabulous Shelly. Brow HQ is like walking into paradise so serene and smelt wonderful. Shelly is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is such a lovely warm, welcoming person and my brows are fantastic-thank you Shelly. I highly recommend Brow HQ for ALL treatments.

The level of service at the salon is second to none. Lovely experience from start to finish with all the staff. Had a long consultation with the business owner about my options and will be returning for my treatment soon. While there I purchased an eyebrow pencil - I can say without hesitation it is the best one I’ve ever had and the colour is great for my naturally blonde brows. Will definitely be buying again.

I have just visited Brows HQ for the first time and I am super impressed. The style and ambiance was wonderful. Lovely welcome and drink, cool music, inaccurately clean..Liberty was my therapist and she was the best yet! Calm and professional and did superb treatments. I highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again. No need to try anywhere else! This is the best you will find x

It's so much more than just a facial.The whole experience included a consultation from the most wonderful expert Liberty (who looked after me for the whole treatment plan) and then I had 6 sessions where the treatments were altered to my skin needs.She spent so much time writing down a routine for me, teaching me about the products ( the vitamin C Image line... just ask about it) and even how little things could he affecting my skin in day-to-day life.If you're just after a relaxing facial then your sorted but Brow HQ, honestly changes the game and your life. (Sounds dramatic but after years suffering from acne and caking my face in makeup I actually feel confident and proud enough to go out fresh faced)Don't walk, run (and ask for Liberty)

All the staff are very friendly from the offset. I attended Brow HQ to have three treatments done, over a 4 hour period, with three different members of staff, and literally all of them have been so considerate, warming, and have left me feeling like a million dollars. I couldn’t recommend Brow HQ enough! The quality of their products they use has certainly set the bar high for me. Leisa, Anna and Ann Marie, thank you so much. You truly are the best at what you do ❤️

From start to finish, the treatment was amazing and the staff just so friendly, they made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I got my eyebrows done for the first time with Taissa, she was incredible, such amazing attention to detail and I couldn’t be happier with my brows! The salon is so beautiful, and I’ll definitely be back❤️
