Capital Apartments

I stayed with Capital Apartments for 6 months for work and it really was a home away from home. Everyone was so friendly and always at the end of the phone if they were needed. I couldn’t recommend them enough and hope to stay with them again in the future.

We have stayed with Capital Apartments on several occasions, and have never been disappointed. The apartments are clean, welcoming, well furnished, and in a brilliant location. We always feel safe, and happy that the car is in a secure place. Will come again - diolch yn fawr.

CapitalI’m writing from the prospective of one of the apartment owners who have had an apartment with Capital since 2010. Over the years Capital have ensured that all the apartments are kept spotless and that furniture and facilities by the owners are high spec. I have used them myself when I need accommodation. Most come with a parking space and are central to Cardiff Bay with a range of different restaurants and the stunning Millennium Centre. They are also within walking distance of the city centre. There is a well equipped gym and a swimming pool provided by the management company.Capital not only look after the guests but provide an excellent service to the owners so, I would recommend them as providing excellent apartment for guests and also to any owners who have a property to let. Jason, who now owns the business is always available for guests and owners alike. Well done Jason and the other staff at Capital Apartment.

I travel back to the UK frequently from the US for a few weeks at a time to visit friends and family back home. Jason & his team were absolutely amazing... from the overseas reservation until the day I left. The flat was perfect with everything i needed, close and walkable to the bars, restaurants, WMC, public transport & the city. I will definitely stay with Capital Apartments on my future trips. They made everything so easy.... Thank you so much guys!!!!

Highly recommend this apartment. It was just fabulous, has everything you need. This is a gated community and I had a one bed apartment with a balcony (treat!). It was warm yet spacious and comfortable.Located in the bay area, 5 min walk to the Millennium Centre, which is where I was working.Loved it. Such a wonderful place to stay.Will recommend this to friends and colleagues.Jason was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He always answered the phone when I needed assistance and was there to help.Thank you Jason.

Our accommodation was absolutely stunning!We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which was in a gated community. It had one en suite including a shower and a general bathroom with a spacious bath and boasts Private secure parking.The apartment was 2 mins walk to mermaid quay.Our apartment was spotless and one of the most fully equipped kitchens anyone could wish for. Every pan, plate and utensil was available!Everything you needed was to hand.Our apartment also had a lovely balcony with a seating area.Coffee, tea and sparkly water was provided too.Super clean… and I had to contact the office as I had a question and the staff were super helpful and extremely friendly.We really had a warm Welsh welcome and stayed in beautiful accommodation within a beautiful city !

From booking to checking back out the process was very smooth and the office were helpful with any queries I had.The apartment itself was so spacious, clean and convenient for where I needed to be for work that week. The leisure facilities on the site were great too. I’d recommend booking any of the apartments capital have in the complex and enjoy your stay in Cardiff
