They don't care about customers, I kept contacting them regarding a faulty door lock that I had installed by this company. They said they will send a replacement lock tomorrow". That was 3 weeks ago.Every time I contact them either they don't reply or they say "let me check with the office and I will get back to you today" but I never received a call or a message. I even said that I will pay for that lock because I can't use the door at all and clearly explained this to them several times. After contacting them many times for 3 weeks when I tried to get in touch with them again they told me that they have no ideea who I am and I need to give them the date of the instalation so they can give it to their suppliers for a return..I spoke with the same guy everytime on WhatsApp so he knows 100% who I am..If you don't want to waste your time and money.. avoid them with all cost."
