I believed this garage to be excellent . They service my BMW X5 Hybrid. All seems OK sadly when entering details of service to cars computer the young lad put last service year as 2022 not 2021. After bring car back twice they have not sorted the date of service. Which may lower the value of my £40 K car. I do believe in giving any company the opportunity to sort and hope they will. Hence 3 stars which I will change to 5 when correct date done. Correct date now done so 5 stars. To be fair the garage had staff off with covid. The Owner Martin sorted the problem. I very much like this is a local company and they train young people and give them a skill set. I have read other reviews the negative ones seem to come for people who can not articulate/ communicate what they actually want. I would suggest write down what you require. Finally if you want to over pay go to BMW and get a zero personal service and a massive bill.

Struggled to get my wife's '86 MR2 repaired and MoT'd - found main dealers useless (and expensive) and many smaller garages not interested. Waterfall had a positive attitude and competent technicians who got the job done. Thoroughly recommended.

Such a great local garage…..everyone’s always so friendly and goes above and beyond. They’ve serviced and MOT’d my car several times and always do a really thorough job and at a fair price. Today my flat tyre warning light came on and they fitted me straight in without an appointment, sorted the problem in minutes (it wasn’t a puncture thankfully) and didn’t even charge me! Amazing customer service, thank you :)

Absolutely fantastic service by Martin from Waterfall acting on behalf of Smart recovery. Nothing too much trouble and fast arrival and removal to garage of choice. Friendly and efficient service was much appreciated.

I needed some tyres mounted on some brand new wheels. Worried the usual tyre places would do a poor job I entrusted them to Waterfall. The care and attention to detail that went into the job was unreal - they were big wheels and hard to mount but the boys treated them like their own and all four were finished quickly and without a single mark on them. And we traded some good stories to boot. All in all, I would highly recommend them. Thanks!

I was servicing the car in Waterfall for a couple of years. Couldn't say anything bad about previous experience, everything was fine. But after the last service I found that they tried to disable/remove my custom anti-theft system. The cable to the extra hood-lock was cut and something is off with electronics, such that the battery dies every two weeks and the car doesn't start.I have to sell the car now. I don't know if they hired a new crooked worker or it is their general practice, just stating the facts. Will avoid this service from now.
