Terrible place. This place is a prime example of staff who just can't be bothered. They seem to open when it suits them even though their website says it IS open, it looks like it's been closed for months. Stop using COVID as an excuse to be lazy. Lockdown ended on the 2nd. Your website states you close at 2 yet you were closed by 1. Done some bloody work!

It’s not my local library but I love coming here because it’s so small and quiet, and despite it being small there’s always a wonderful range of childrens books to take home

Very rude staff....unprofessional...not willing to work ....i had to borrow some books and waited but they just ignored me.....staff need to learn manners....will never go again

This library used to be amazing, with fab kids section and great opening times. Now though it's a sad and different story, since the council customer service centre moved there, the childrens section is very small and it's no longer open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or believe it on Sundays. Sad sad state of the Tory Government and the slashing of our public services. They should feel ashamed. I feel sad for the local service users and all the other people across our country who are experiencing the same.

Rather meager selection of books. Opening times could also be longer. Small space, close to street traffic, therefore noisy. Helpful staff.
