From arranging our initial viewings to exchanging contracts, both Ed and Alex have been extremely helpful. Alex was an absolute star in nudging our sale along, helping to resolve any issues, keeping in contact and responding promptly to enquiries. He always did what he promised and was always very friendly and cheerful. The customer service has been great and I felt confident that we were being looked after at all times. Pre-offer, the experience was great, given the deadlines we were fit in for quick viewings and negotiations happened quickly with the vendors on our behalf. Post sale was excellent, being helped every step of the way. Mayhews helped us chase the vendors and solicitors made the process easier and timely, as well as provided advice and guidance on the whole process.
