The teachers were very good because they was trying to tell us how to pronounce and intonation. They'd be useful to improve your speaking and also friendly. Chatting with them, they enjoyed chatting with the students. So I strongly recommend this language school!

Since my first day at the school I loved everything thestaff the teachers the classes and the courses .Firstly , the teachers and the staff were more than that , I mean they were like my family emphasise on family, because during my one year period at the school they taught me more than English they were asking about everything to know if everything is ok with us and if we are happy because if there is something believe me they help you as much as they canSecondly , the courses I came here to improve my English , to learn more and to pass the IELTS test and I did it because every teacher at the school helped me and believe me all the staff will help you to get what you came forTo sum up , I came as person whos name is Nizar and I left with the same name but with more knowledge and different person

Stay away from The Language Gallery, they procrastinate to give international students their refund back. I am try to get my refund back since last July, but still suffering, they were responding to my email in the beginning and in every time they were creating an excuse, knowing that the refund will be returned to the same bank account from where they have receive the payment in the first day and I have supplied them with my Visa Refusal and receipt of payment and all the details they have requested. Now, they do not respond to my emails and I do not know what will happen to my money.I am in Morocco, and I don't know what to do.

The school is absolutely fantastic! It was the best 4 weeks I've studied English with great desire! Teaching process is defenetly the best I've ever saw. Teachers are really professionals of their jobs. They don't waste any of time for nothing besides teaching you. All of the staff very nice and friendly, as well. The rooms and facilities also on the good level. I recommend to everyone to have been studied at this school!

I paid for the General Spanish class looking forward to my next level of learning. I was told the class is not running due to low numbers and if I would like to defer or get a refund (over the phone not in writing) I asked for a refund and was directed to the refund portal - THERE IS NO ONE TO SPEAK TO OVER THE PHONE ABOUT REFUNDS - how ironic that when signing up to the course there is a sales team, advisor and programme consultant amongst many titles. But as soon as a refund is requested, there is no one to talk to but emailing an address that is impersonal and takes up to 45 DAYS TO CONSIDER THE DECISION. I also will not be getting the full refund due to terms and conditions" even though I didn't not "change my mind " after booking the course - they simply could proceed with what I signed up for. I am very disappointed with this flawed system and the wait for my refund

NOT RECOMMENDEDI had called from abroad to get information about the course, because they don't reply to emailsthe girl who answered was absolutely unprofessionalshe was not being able to give any info, and be patient! She closes the phone in your face.I was your potential customer. But after this situation it shows. really what are you, like a school and the staff .I don't put my foot in itNOT RECOMMENDED

This organisation is not professional at all, they use agencies from different parts of the word to recruit international students.My relative from Morocco is experiencing a difficult time to get his refund back. He have applied for refund more than 3 months ago, after he got Visa refusal from the UK Visa and emigration.They give excuses that the refund department is not located in the UK and they follow special procedures that is why they take so long.Please if you are international students avoid The language Gallery.

I had a great time at this school ! Everyone is very nice, helpful, smiling ... You also make wonderful encounters and you have the oppurtunity to discover new cultures by talking to other students ! I really enjoyed this experience and I hope to come back again ! I highly recommend this great schoolAline

Such an amazing place, where you can learn English in different ways, due to the diversity of students that come from around the world to the school you must be able to learn, step by step, at the same time that you will meet lots of wonderful people. According to my friends from the school and I, it has been one of the most marvelous experiences in a while for us. My course started in January and if I had the opportunity to start the course again , I would do it without thinking more than once.
