Her liaison with the off site jeweller to create from a rather broken silver bracelet with sparkly chips into a beautiful necklace was done with a smile and understanding. Thank you Both.

I visited In-Time in Crystal Peaks simply for the bracelet and clasp on my Accurist Watch putting back together. This was an old watch of mine which appeared to have long ago stopped working. The case of the watch had come slightly open and one of the pushers had seized. I just wanted to be able to present it with the rest of my collection within my watch box. I expected it to be quite pricey for just a few pins and springs replacing. The colleague working Trish, suggested replacing the battery and cleaning the movement. The work was done and ready within a few hours. I was really pleased with the result. The bracelet and clasp were now back together and working smoothly. The seized pusher had been released and the case back was re sealed. The digital part of the watch was now fully working. Unfortunately the movement requires a full service to get the watch working correctly. Trisha offered a full refund based on replacing the battery not solving the problem. I was so pleased with the result i declined. I will be taking up the offer of the service. Excellent Service. Thank You.

I've been using In-Time at Crystal Peaks for some years now to replace batteries, glass and straps. The watches always come back cleaned and the customer service is perfect. Trish always has a smile and has a genuine interest in getting the job done correctly.

I recently purchased a new Rado True Specchio watch and required some links removing to achieve a good fit. I initially tried 4 local watch specialists/jewellers and 3 out of 4 flatly refused to even attempt the task and the 4th made an unsuccessful attempt leaving one of the pins half way through the link before giving it back to me. After some more research I decided to email In-Time" Crystal Peaks

They mended a piece of jewellery for me that was special and other repairers were not bothered about. They listened to me and offered various ways of mending it. The repair was done in the time frame they gave and the price was very good. They were fantastic, and I would definitely use them again.

I came here as I needed my watch repairing for work. The lady that served me was very helpful. She fixed the problem in quick time and the price was really decent as well. Would definitely go back.

Brilliant customer service. Staff are very knowledgable and friendly. I had links from my watch removed, it was £10 regardless of the amount of links removed which I think is a very fair price. Highly recommended
