Recently had a shed delivered,floor was twisted and was eventually replaced. Package of screws and nails which was sealed was 43 felt nails short,was supposed to 100. There were no 40mm or 50mm screws. Door fittings were quite well corroded if they were supposed to be galvanised. To be fair they did give refund to buy some more,which I chose.Generally they are very good but this has put me off going there as a matter of principle

I really don't usually write reviews but feel I have to after my experience today. I had ordered some sheets of plywood on click and collect, order was ready waiting for me, I was offered help to carry it to my car (I had bought my son with me to help so said I'd be fine). Me and my son were struggling to get it into my car and a different staff member came over and asked if we needed help, he tried to get it in my car but it was clear it wasn't going to fit. He offered to cut it down slightly so it would fit, which he did and carried back to my car and helped me put it in. Amazing service and very friendly helpful staff.

I went down to Totem Timber to purchase to two fence posts, postcrete etc on 13/06/23, I'm sorry but I don't have the name of the gentleman who carried the items to my car but as he was putting one of the bags of postcrete into the boot of my car we didn't notice that the top of the bag was slightly open so some of the postcrete came out, but before I could say don't worry about it he went & got a pan & brush. I wasn't bothered at all but how refreshing it was to be served by somebody who cared, this is why I & so many customers return to this merchant. It's not all about money it's the little things that counts. So a huge thank you to him. Many thanks Mr Kevin Saunders.

Trade builder, on their register and as yet 3yrs later asked multiple times please correct registration with the 10% discount, and as yet still doesn't show on purchases, not impressed, as still not getting discount.

Excellent service from Totem Timber. The staff are so helpful and cannot be faulted. They returned my calls promptly and sorted everything out for my delivery. The fence panels I ordered were keenly priced and of an excellent quality.
