Took my Quad bike in with over heating coolant problem. Stated that it was dropping coolant on leaving the bike there. Was told it was a thermostat and regulator problem. The next day after I was called back and told it was a blown head gasket. Surely that’s the first thing that should have been checked. I was told initially that the over heating problem was thermostat stuck open which they had fixed but this particular engine doesn’t even have a thermostat. Then upon telling me it was the head gasket we’re not interested in repairing or even given me a quote. So paid money for nothing basically. Had to use a specialist in Billingshurst who for a similar price is changing the head gasket and collected the bike to repair. Worst of all I asked politely to have a call back from the manager to discuss, but was not even slightly interested. Would not use again. Also know of two people with similar experiences avoid.

These guys are amazing. Broke down while out and a long way from home. These guys stopped what they were doing to get my bike up and running and safe to ride again and get me home. Brilliant service and highly recommended. Well done guys. Thank you

These guys are great. Did my CBT with them. Did my A2 with them. They’ve fixed multiple bikes I’ve owned, they are always happy to have a look at anything I bring in and just all round enjoyable experience every time. Local and loyal

Noticed my MOT had run out so phoned Pan around 10:00 and asked if they could fit one in ....booked in for 14:00 same day.....pass result!They also do CBT and Full licence training. I've done the CBT with them and the the training is very good and your competence to ride is assessed correctly and fairly. Good for new riders to give necessary safety skills.

Great service from Pan Motorcycles. Not only did they fix my bike, sourcing parts that were hard to get, they also negotiated with the Warranty Company on my behalf. Really friendly and very helpful. Wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else.

I own a 125 cc motorcycle and, on the 18th March (which was a Saturday) after a fill-up I found that I was seriously leaking petrol from my fuel-tank - I contacted my breakdown/recovery company who could not arrive before 18:00 so given the timing, and just in case recovery was required, I contacted Pan Motorcycles for advice.I spoke to Peter, who discussed with Luke, who very kindly agreed to be contactable that evening to bring the bike into the workshop if required (which it was).Over the following week the technicians confirmed the failure was probably a weld at the base of the overflow pipe, so a new tank was fitted, then Luke kindly took it to a local garage for a full-top-up (to make sure all was ok).This was my first experience with these guys and I can honestly say it will not be the last :-) Pan Motorcycles will be my go-to team for any repairs, service or MOT.So friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, so I also arranged my DAS training with Bike Smart through them as a result.Many thanks Peter & Luke (and the workshop team :-)

Bad sports. I got there at 5.30 to have a new tyre put on my Honda Vision. But they wouldn't fit it. Wouldn't have taken long but we stop fitting tyres at 4". I work two full time jobs and had already had a wasted journey yesterday. Did my CBT there and it was fine but because of this I won't go there for DAS training as I was going to."
