13. March. 18 I have been refused a glass of tap water from bar and asked to buy bottled water. A licenced bar serving alcohol must provide free water. Customers have the right to be provided with free tap water upon request.

Wonderful wedding experience at this place. Vindoji is specially a very nice and humble guy, who have arranged the venue perfectly. Staff is all amazing and always on foot to serve your needs.They literally have take off your stress to organise wedding. You just have to enjoy the moment and they will take care of everything.Highly recommended. If you want your wedding to be spectacular, than go nowhere else. Awesome venue , great food and pleasant staff.The welcome was warm and I was amazed to see the hall & ambience.Our concerns & requests were politely addressed by the man managing the venue (I think it was Binod).I was embarrassed when some of the guests I went with were misbehaving & asking for service we did not sign up for and threatened to tarnish the reputation and complain about food quality to the council (not ideal).But the manager & staff were polite and resolved the issue.

I had an opportunity to attend my friends wedding for 2 days continue. They had 4 functions and wow what an amazing decor food and service. Few guests flew from Tanzania and Canada even they were very impressedShame this place is closing nowKudos to the team

Good location with a car park across the street which is multi storey. The venue itself was really good and holds a good size amount of people too. Not sure if there are more then 1 hall there but the hall I went was good. This was for a wedding and layout was good. Only down side was the toilets. Not very big especially for catering for large functions. Otherwise the decor and cleansingness was good.

Perfect for the purpose. Can accommodate a large gathering as well. Well connected through public transport and parking just opposite to the venue. Food is good too. Premier feel at a budget price.

Venue is nice and parking across the road is great.The food isnt so great.The toilet rooms have broken locks on doors and just not what you'd expect from a place that is otherwise pretty decent!Manager is a decent bloke!

Not the first time, unfortunately we got hit twice in Large event with Extremely poor food position.almost 70% or more including Pregnant women and toddlers had severe vomiting for almost week.Management refused to take any responsibility and in fact suggested to go ahead with local council complain if we wish to make one.Please avoid this place if you care for your and your loved ones health.

Good venue to hold weddings. It has small screens where yoi can play videos to enhance the venue experience. There's ample parking in the adjacent park when attending events here. The place can hold 500 guests. It is suitable for parties of all occasions.
