New Park Physiotherapy

I recently went to see Alistair for a grumbling back problem that I've had for months. With just a few sessions the deep ache I had in my back was reduced to a niggle. The exercises and treatment that he gave me plus his easy explanation of my problem helped me to get back to the gym. Great service, friendly chap, lovely clean clinic.

I have seen a lot of professionals about my back. Alistair is very professional and knowledgeable ... My pain was so bad I couldn't lift my leg. I left being able to lift my leg! Fab

For years I suffered with lower back pain, at times it was really chronic and utterly debilitating.I eventually decided to try to get something done and visited New Park Physiotherapy after reading several reviews. I wish I'd done it sooner!Alistair listened to my descriptions of the problem along with my medical history, he examined me and was able to diagnose the issues on our first consultation. He then went on to treat me accordingly. After the first session I felt much better already.I went away with a personalised exercise programme and the confidence from knowing what the problem was.I had a follow up appointment and treatment two weeks later, another confidence giving experience.I can't praise Alistair enough. I am so pleased I made the decision to seek help and that I chose to go with New Park Physiotherapy.

I’ve been receiving treatment on numerous occasions due to induced injury to left leg ,predominantly quads and adductor strain . On every occasion having a cleat definitive diagnosis,Alaister has been able to successfully alleviate the pain .His professional and friendly approach has reassured me and I cannot thank him enough for “ fixing me “ I know many people from my gym that have used treatment at New Park physio and each person including myself have all had 100% success ! I highly recommend using this practice as his clear ability to treat pain is unsurpassed. He’s “ magic “ Thanks so much Alaister for fixing me again !

I can’t believe the difference after just one visit Alistair is a miracle worker for months I have been in pain and he knew exactly what was wrong. I have never known treatment like it and can’t rate him highly enough he is an absolute genius I’ve had the first decent night sleep in months thank you so much Alistair.

If you have a problem Ali will fix you.I’ve suffered with a herniated disc and back pain ever since an injury which occurred around 9 years ago. I’ve tried countless physio’s elsewhere along with chiropractors never to resolve the problem or even correct identity what was wrong. Ali however, correctly identified the issue and has worked with me over a 3 month period before successfully discharging me as I am now pain free and have my full range of movements which I’ve not had since before the first disc rupture 9 years ago. I can’t thank these guys enough. Fantastic service which has hugely improved my everyday life.

Ali very skilfully and reassuringly cured a recurring stomach pain I was suffering, which was traced back to too many hours of long haul flying by my doctor. He listened to my symptoms and health history and explained clearly what benefits physiotherapy could offer. Having been initially sceptical about the benefits of acupuncture, I was persuaded by Ali to try the procedure as a trial. He administered treatment in a confident manner, and my symptoms disappeared within two weeks, and also gave me some tips to stop the problem from returning. I'd very happily go back, but pleased to say the advice has worked well and I have had no subsequent issues.

I went to see Alistar about a wrist problem,I’d been in pain for months. He quickly assessed me and figured out what the problem was - gave me some acupuncture & just like that the pain was gone. I cannot recommend him enough. He really knows his stuff, not like other people I’ve been to that don’t cure you and still keep taking your money when a problem persists. I just wish I’d have visited him sooner.
