My husband and I moved into our dream house just over a week ago and it's all thanks to these amazing people: especially our mortgage broker, Roy Haddock. I cannot praise the service highly enough. I thought our financial situation was such that we'd never get a mortgage but Roy worked day and night for us and was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice, reassurance or simply emotional support. My husband has mental health difficulties and Roy guided him through the labyrinthine application process with tact, good humour and bottomless reserves of patience. Sometimes he'd be up working till midnight. I honestly believe that without this company we'd never have bought our first house and if I could give them six stars I would.

Roy worked tirelessly to secure me and my partner a mortgage. Our circumstances were a little complex (my partner is NHS with large amounts of overtime income and I am a freelancer) but they presented options honestly and successfully secured the deal we needed. We had previously been messed around by a another broker who gave a great sales pitch but then basically ghosted us when the case got more complex than they wanted to deal with. Roy couldn’t be more different.He always acts with integrity and in your best interests. He communicated clearly throughout and ultimately delivered what he said he could and we’re now settling into our first home.
