Bought a surgical handpiece more than £1300 and it broke within 3-4 months. It was meant to have 3 years warranty but they still charged for the repair. Won't be buying NSK products ever again.

5 star service every time. I really value all of my equipment that I have purchased from NSK. It’s above and beyond in quality. The service is very good. Francois has come into my practice more than once to train me on how to use and maintain my equipment. It makes my life easier and my job more fulfilling having good products to use. I also got a refund recently which I wasn’t expecting so that was a bonus and honest I’d them!

Unfortunately the last negative review is correct, if your company relies on customers trusting you with no other option or way to purchase spare parts, there can't be no other outcome from your business model than this, its just human nature.

Terrible company to be involved with. Brag about how good Covid has been for them. Probably due to charging dental practices a fortune for fixing poor quality handpieces. Staff just love to blame everyone but their equipment.
