My wife and I regularly use their service. Today had my hair cut done by Monica. It was a pleasant experience. As always, they are very professional yet friendly and accommodating.

My wife is new to London and was searching for a quality haircut. She have fine hair but a fair amount of it. She was looking for a hairdresser that would assess hair and advise her on what would be the best cut for her hair type, length, and goals.Nida was my hairdresser. She walked her through where the hair needed to be cut, how it falls naturally, what would be the best shape, how she would treat layers, and what she needed to do to maintain the cut until the next appointment. The hair looks healthy, long, and falls beautifully without much styling required. She so happy to have found my new hair dresser in London. I highly recommended NIDA. Thank you

I just had a wash, cut and blow dry by Nida. I love the style. I also had my nails done by Loveth a couple of weeks ago. I really appreciate their attention to detail. Would come back. 100% recommended.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the before picture, this is the after results. I asked Nida to keep my long hair as is and only trim my dead ends and refresh my look by adding some long layers throughout. For the colour, I had overgrown balayage, so I asked her to refresh my colour and keep my dark roots. I kept emphasising to her that I didn’t want her to touch my roots and wanted to keep them dark.As you can see from the picture below, that wasn’t what I received.Instead, she chopped up my hair terribly, leaving me with uneven layers (cue the rat tail she gave me) and a length I did not ask for nor was expecting at all.Moreover, as you can tell my hair is orange. Not only that it is orange, but also there’s about 15 different shades of various hues ranging from blonde to brown. Not only Nida kept gaslighting me by denying that my hair isn’t orange, she bleached my roots and then kept suggesting that I should stay longer (I was there for over 4 hours) so that she can try and fix my hair. At that point, I couldn’t trust her with my hair and with tears in my eyes because my hair is now ruined 3 days before I had to go to a wedding - I refused to stay a minute longer. My scalp was on fire from the 2 rounds of bleach and all the products she used. Which makes sense because she didn’t perform a patch test on me, which I later found out is illegal for a hair salon in the UK to do.This was genuinely the worst hair experience I’ve ever had in my life. My hair was fried and is now badly damaged, super dry, chopped up and set me back over £300 to colour correct and fix.Even with tears in my eyes, shocked at how my hair looked, Nida had the audacity to demand that I pay for her service - which was £220. When I refused to pay, because obviously I haven’t lost my mind, she called her manager and demanded that I should at least pay for the haircut, which was £35. Very unreasonable request because the haircut is not what I asked for and as you can see for yourself, was terrible. I did originally pay a £30 deposit, so her asking for more money from someone that she just butchered their hair causally on a Sunday afternoon is ridiculous.Avoid at all costs or you’ll end up with orange hair and being told that it’s dark brown.

I came to the hairdresser, Nida helped me to fix the mess that I had on my hair, my hair was nearly orange and very fizzy. I asked her to change it for red colour and she was very welcoming and professional, she recommended the colour that would fit me and she put some treatment for my hair as well, I was amazed for how quick she did everything. I never received so many compliments at work for my hair!! I’m so happy with my hair now thanks to her :))) Hardworking and professional lady, I highly recommend to be served by her, you won’t regret it at all. I am definitely coming back all the time I need it.

Around a month ago I had a lovely hairdresser lady from Brasil, excellent service and very kind approach, my haircut was spectacular, also the owners were really kind,I had a comfortable seat and a tea was offered me. Definitely I suggest this salon!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! ❤️Had my eyebrows tinted and threaded. With an eyelash lift and tint. Well worth the money, I always leave happy and all staff are really friendly!!

I had root hair color with Nida and it was the worst salon experience I've ever had. She was too rough and put color on my face, forehead and neck which then she tried to remove very roughly after it had already stained my skin. Not only did she never apologize but instead started trying put the blame on me. I have been a regular customer to the salon since 1.5 years and never have I gotten the color on my face, I'm not the one holding the brush!!! How can they have the audacity of pushing the blame on customer! Andrea who has left the salon was gentle and perfect with her hair treatments. Never coming back here for hair treatment!!!!!!

I had a wash, haircut and blow dry done by Nida and I’m super happy with the result. She was super attentive, listened to what I wanted and was constantly checking in with me to see if I was happy. I had a great experience and my hair is looking amazing.
