Visited the store after being recommended to us by kitchen respray as needed some bespoke cuts on the worktops. Tracey was really patient and answered any questions also making suggestions for us. She even recommended parts need to fit the tops to our base units. Walked away really happy and looking forward to delivery.

We made a purpose trip to the Warrington showroom from North Wales, as I was finding it impossible to decide on a worktop online. Tracey was amazing, she told us exactly what we needed to know and gave us good alternatives when my initial choice wasn’t working in my favour. I popped in to the store to have a look at the laminate samples as I was torn between two finishes. Tracey was so helpful and talked me through the different options. I was then able to put the order through in store and pay for it online when I got home as I had no cards on me. Really excellent customer service and worktops are really good value, very happy!!

I ordered a solid oak worktop using their online tool. Very impressed with the entire end to end process from ordering using the tool, lead time, delivery and the end product which was received exactly as I specified. Not only this, but even their fitting instructions pdf was spot on and invaluable given that I'd never fitted a solid worktop before. Not very often you find a company that gets everything right!Would definitely order again from them.

Just finished installing my work tops, 2mm bow across the work top as seen in the pre oiled picture and post oiled picture, tried to get some help from customer service at worktop express... no help, the usual blame game, did you do this... do you do that... originally gave worktop express a 3 star rating on trust pilot, but since dealing with customer service I can't in good faith give them any higher than 1 star

Ordered my worktops yesterday, there was lots to choose from and Tracey was really helpful. Price was very competitive and service fantastic as delivery is tomorrow! Can’t get better than that, would definitely recommend them!

Phil & Tracey were so helpful in the Warrington showroom. We weren't quite sure what we wanted but they were very patient and made several suggestions so that we left happy. The ordering process was really easy - again Phil went out of his way to help. I would definitely recommend this place.
