Recently purchased a lovely hot tub from this local business. They were very helpful and friendly, from our first visit to the showroom, right through to quick delivery and installation. Would highly recommend a visit there if you are considering options - realistic prices and good service.

I cannot express how fabulous this Company is. The staff are so lovely and the customer service is well above the five stars, if i could put in more than 5 stars for them i would. i had a leaking hot tub that other Company I contacted condemended. stating it could not be repaired. Contacted these guys and they fixed it serviced it and were all good to go. Thank God i found them as i would have had to get rid of my hot tub and buy another one. Then my hot tub lid split and they found a new one for me in no time and its being sent to me. Guys thanks so much for your fabulous service.

Great experience from placing order to final installation. Richard and Emma never put us under any pressure, and any minor issues on installation day were dealt with quickly and easily as was the subsequent minor issue with the control panel. On the day Steve the crane man was very professional and soon hoisted our tub right over the top of the house and in to position and Gary and the install team had the tub connected up quickly and running nicely. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We recently ordered a new hot tub and can not fault the service from start to finish. From visiting the showroom to delivery of the tub we have had nothing but exceptional service. Excellent customer service all the way, I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

We ordered a hot tub in March..we are extremely happy with the quality of the tub..but the service we have experienced is second to none, this includes the after service ..they go the extra mile and then some..cannot recommend this company highly enough if your thinking of getting a hot tub look no further

Great service from Richard and his team. There was no hard sell when we went in to look at tubs and ask questions. Very straightforward from start to finish. 3 weeks in and I cannot thank the team enough. They were fantastic in the showroom while I was looking at what model to get and happy to answer any questions I had, their knowledge of each unit is great. They organised the crane to lift the tub over the garage and the installation team were fantastic! It was installed and heating in under 3 hours. Great job! Thank you so much

To say we are happy with the service we received is an understatement. Richard really knows his stuff. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the installation we had all the information we needed. We had to have a Crain to lift ours into the garden but again Richard helped us with this too.We would highly recommend Richard and his team at Halfway Hot tubs. Thanks guys xx
