Fresh Car

Guy turned up on time if not a bit early it's just a pity the work wasn't as good, smears left everywhere from missed spots, debris/dirt still visible in a few areas on the bodywork, wheel arches still dirty, tyre blacking uneven as car wasn't moved to get even coverage on the tyres, door jams/sill not cleaned, the interior dash was smeared, carpets still contained signs of dirt, one saving grace was the windows were clean and it smelled clean (some kind of fragrance from the cleaning product perhaps?), the car is only a year old! I paid for a full valet expecting near showroom results given the hype on the website and this is the only reason I went with Fresh but I was disappointed by the seemingly half hearted results, the guy was there for just over 2 hrs! I'd booked the valet on a day with the best weather forecast too! no rain, sunny but a little cold perhaps.Also when the guy turned up he said I should have picked a mini valet as the car had seat covers so the seats didn't need a shampoo etc, the headliner didn't need cleaning and that he'd try to get me some money back, I said not to worry as long as the car was clean fully expecting the showroom results from such a new car, I can't lie, my heart sank a bit when I had a good look around the car, even if it was a mini valet it was a poor one, but as mentioned the guy was there for just over 2 hrs?I have been generous giving 3 stars when I feel like giving 1 - I doubt I will use fresh again -I dunno perhaps the guy was having a bad day?

Had a full valet to get my car ready to sell. It looks great, smells beautiful and Simon was a really charming and professional valeter. Would definitely use them again.

Simon did a brilliant job sorting out my car after a dirty camping weekend (not like that!), it looks better than when the dealership had it cleaned. Thank you dude!

Very happy with the full valet. My car looks incredibly clean, all the dog hair is gone, the carpets have been washed, the interior is spotless and the outside is just as good. Really friendly and professional service. Will use again. Thank you!

Had an interior clean as was very dirty. Was quite impressed with how clean the seats looked after being shampooed and at first glance looked like new. However they were still very damp even the next day and the weather was wet so had to go for a long drive blasting out the heat to try and dry them and also a little disappointed with hoovering. There still a fair amount of dirt/sand and even food in the crevices and seat belt sockets and in the middle arm rest / storage divider thing in the back seats that I could even pick out by hand so a bit more attention to detail could have been had there.

I had a mould removal service and full car clean, the seats ate still wet 2 weeks on and the mould has come back twice as bad because of it. my understanding was the mould removal stuff would stop it growing back too. almost 200£ just down the drain better off just doing it yourself.

Service was good and work done was brilliant, would of gave 5 stars but a couple of minor things like part of sill was missed so had to go over it and windscreen was missed. Would still use again as interior looks like new and that was the worst part.

Iv given this review a 2 star based on the fact that it was raining and I understood the guy wouldn’t be able to do much on the outside. He didn’t wash the outside at all. I had to take my car to the car wash the next day which cost me more money. Saying that he done a good job with the hovering and washing the interior. He took a few marks away from the roof of the car although he’s only spot cleaned it and still has a lot of marks on it. So in a nut shell, I paid £75 for job I could have done my self. Definitely won’t be back.
