We use the Metro Centre TUI store all the time and cant fault the staff especially Liam, Ashleigh and Lauren who are always available to help us we have booked there for years and wouldn't go anywhere else, Ashleigh has just booked our latest RCI cruises and couldn't have done more for us excellent! Liam is always on hand to solve any problems we may have and it's always sorted without any hassle, Lauren is also a tremendous agent who will go out of her way to help us. We cant really fault any of the staff, 1st Class service from a 1st class team.

Visited store today(20/09/23)with regards to delayed flight compensation and to book a holiday, Kate was very helpful and sorted the problem straight away, I had been trying to do this online and by phone for over a week and was told to visit the store. Kate was also very helpful when we booked our next holiday she went above and beyond and gave us all the information we needed, brilliant customer service I will definitely use the store for any future holiday bookings. I’ve always booked online in the past but all the additional information that was available in store has opened my eyes. Thank you Kate you made our day.

After trying to sort out my refund for months and being past from pillow to post with telephone calls direct to TUI, I rang and spoke to Ashleigh in your metro-centre branch. She was incredible and went right into detail, checked everything out and our refund out. I can’t thank her enough and wish I had of spoke to her 1st.

4 of us went in to book a cruise.Ellie was our expert and she made the whole process very simple. She was professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the booking. We had our hotel booking cancelled and after some confusion over an alternative hotel offer on the phone, we called in-store and Chloe was an absolute delight. She dealt with us being slightly frustrated and upset in a very professional manner and soon had a much better alternative sorted. She basically saved our holiday. Also have to mention Kate, who helped Chloe out with some technical issues. Overall outstanding customer service. Can’t thank them enough, we will be back to book our next holiday.
