It become terrible place to work after management changed... then they cut off one shift in most busy department but they didn't sack worst performing workers but those who worked there for under 2 years so they wouldn't have to pay them leave pay...so not only they lost couple of the best performing workers as in one example if they wanted to sack lazy person who worked there for about 20 years they would have to pay them leave pay for every year worked there and on other hand you got lad performing twice as fast and good but didn't have to pay him leave pay as he worked there for 21 months..Second of all they have to look for other 4 people to sack who work there under 2 years but from other departments and that's what they did....As I've predicted few months later I saw job vacancies for my position but for less money.. obviously they didn't handle all those jobs esspecialy after sacking twice faster worker... so I hope you will bankrupt scammers

Agree with other reviewers a terrible place to work following a management change and so called restructure. The ground level staff here are on the whole a great team trying hard, many very inexperienced though and training is thin on the ground. Experienced staff try to help but are ultimately victims of the more you know, the more you do the more they'll pile on, those staff members are generally run ragged with managers looking the other way. The directors lack any knowledge of the industry, or professionalism, they can’t even distinguish the workers from the shirkers….. Unfortunately many of these experienced people have left for pastures new as a direct result of poor management and their inability to listen. This unfortunately is breeding a culture of corner cutting and a very high turnover of staff

This is a terrible place to work. It use to be great but a change of management spoiled it
