Purchased a mobility scooter last week from this shop, excellent service from the staff/owner. The scooter was secondhand but was in tip top condition, was the model I was looking for and better priced than other mobility shops and the internet, came with a no quibble 3 month warranty and was able to take out a separate insurance package. I would definitely recommend this shop to others looking for a great deal.

bought my mum a mobility scooter was plugged in so battery was never not charged ...my mum used it for 10 min but then was taken ill so i re sold it on baring in mind it was new .. then after 15 min use the scooter stopped turns out the battery's on the scooter are old 2013 i will say to this to anyone buying please check the battery date i find it outrageous a scooter thats sold as knew has such old batteries

Fantastic store nice people who helped me because I've had a spinal stroke and they rent out there smaller motor scooters for £4.50 for 2 hours which is very very reasonable.

bought myself a great scooter from this shop at a good price.They even came in cheaper than the internet.They have maintained all of my mobility equipment over the years and have a first class engineer on site 3 days a week.highly recommend this company*****

Don’t use sells 400-500 used mobility scooter with no warranty etc for twice the price of other places. Shop around and save lots of money.

We attempted to purchase a high spec mobility scooter for my father in September , and although at first the owner was quite helpful this soon changed . Firstly we were given incorrect information on the insurance and warranty, and it was only when he phoned the provider it transpired the information he gave was incorrect .The mobility scooter we were purchasing was allegedly hardly used and claimed only 8 hours use , which they checked when taking the machine in. When I asked for a copy of this, excuses we’re made that his colleague was off sick and it was actually 20 hours, and could not provide the use confirmation. The owner then became rude and unprofessional and insulting- suffice to say we did not purchase , and went to a professional outlet Ability plus in Dockside and made the purchase .Whilst waiting to sort these issues in shop , it is very noticeable how dirty and dusty the area on and around the desk is, complete chaos and a very rude unhelpful owner.

My sister who is dying of cancer phoned these guys they came out took scooter then a few days later returned it charged 200 my sister used it once charge ran out wouldnt recharge so she phoned them back and they are trying to charge another 150 for a battery she said she couldnt afford it then 10 minutes later he phoned back said it may be a fuse but would have to charge her another 50 call out stay clear obviously conmen praying on the vulnerable
