Adventure Island

Been 3 times now spaced apart and the soft play area is really dirty you can clearly tell it doesn't get a wipe never mind a deep clean. There is build up of dirt in areas where the children have full access to and thick with dust behind the nets. Not usually one to leave reviews but this place needs some TLC!

I used to like this place, however I have been recently and it was very expensive for children to enter. every time I go there is very limited food available, so what they have on their menu is not what your getting you get what they have or don't get at all, the tea has the smallest amount of milk in it literally just a drop and it tastes like water and far too hot, which is very dangerous around children. And this time I literally was the first in and found poo on the floor it had clearly been there all night so not cleaned , and it is a dirty place and will not return again

PLAY GYM CLOSES PLAY GYM FOR A PARTY.If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked in advance for a Halloween party for my little lad to arrive and find out that the play gym had closed the play gym (the only thing my son wanted to play on as this is always open for parties) all other parents and kids are sat round thinking they are going to open at some point no staff informed us it was staying closed for the party asked for a refund to which was refused to be given. Pictures taken of the play gym closed off with no other kids in the picture to have staff rudely raise their voices at us had to raise my voice back and tell them how disgusted over all this I was to be told they will report us to the police for arguing and asking for a refund when I told them to phone the police I would happily wait for them refund given and we was then allowed to leave.

This is the worst play gym, which I have been.The place was very chaotic. All stuff was miserable, and I was not happy to work. If not the age of some of them, I would say that they have been hangover.We have been waiting for food for a long time, and we have been waiting over half hours each time, and we orders twice. Food wasn't even good, chicken dry, chips (frice) just a bit warm, and a coffee was just instant powder coffee.The temperature of this place wasn't also right. On a display, it was stated that there were 17. 2°c.Most of the items for kids to play were also dirty.I'll not come back to this place again.The only positive was the dance floor for kids.

Went today with my grandchildren what a fantastic place. Great staff fantastic food would highly recommend.

Rude staff shouting at customers and not helpful at all, no food to feed any of the parents at 12:30 in the day, the place was not clean, spilt a drink and the kitchen staff came and used a dirty rag that she had used to wipe the kitchen down with, letting people in who weren't invited to the party, after being told to remove them they agreed but then didn't, the place wasn't even cleaned after the previous party, the toys and tables were dirty. There was no party host they had a very young girl running round doing their erronds whilst they were busy chatting or doing make up in the office. The kids party food was minimal and made my child have a funny tummy. Do not spend £280 here for a party, not worth it at all! Nothing like the pictures.

FAB, lovely ladies, great place for children.Today I have visited here for the first time with my granddaughter.I have not had any issues whatsoever with my visit. We were warmly greeted upon entering the the play area, the ladies were very welcoming and made my granddaughter feel welcome too, we all know little ones can find places overwhelming.The play areas were clean as was the floor. Hand sanitizer was readily available and all the seating areas were clean.The food is good and well presented, tables were clean.I really don't know why this play gym has bad reviews, I think it may be from the former owners, I'm not sure. I can only speak of my experience.My granddaughter loved it running here, there and everywhere. She was shattered when we left.GO, ENJOY and form your own opinion.

Very safe and very clean areas lots off different activities for all ages . Lift up to the play gym so my husband who uses a walking stick found it easy to get too
