Bolton Van Sales

Purchased a Berlingo from these chaps and although it wasnt without fault the owner Ian was a top lad and honoured the items I needed to get fixed and we split the bill, this was on top of getting a great deal on the van. Regarding attitude I can't fault Ian, full communication, not rude or arrogant at all, replied to my messages straight away. Happy with my purchase!

Again as previously stated, no way this garage get a genuine MOT on the vehicle’s. Fault after fault on the purchase, missing paper work, poor communication and since the purchase a spate of problems. Recently taken van for its first MOT and the garage was horrified it was ever sold to be used on the road. Problems that clearly predate the 9 months of my ownership

First met Ian and Josh over 12 years ago! Always felt they was brilliant, I bought my first van with them and got every van there since. Recently gotmy Ford transit and its belting. They always have time for a brew and a chat, first class service and would recommend to anyone

Just bought a transit connect from Ian and son at Bolton van sales for my pest control business and I am very happy with the van, the price and the quality service I received. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another van in future I will be going here first. A+

Strongly suspect they have an arrangement with the local garage. Van had a fuel leak, a coolant leak, snapped cv boot, an air con leak and an unsecured battery. They tried saying it all happened after I bought it (a month). Agreed to fix the fuel leak, not convinced they used proper parts. No way it genuinely passed an MOT before they sold it.

Was going to get a van from here, however after finding a better van deal, and reading the Google reviews of the company, we decided not to prooced through this company. Was asked to liaise with me originally so as not to disturb my husband at work, however insesently rang him yesterday, completely avoiding me and was quite strange on the phone. Misogynistic springs to mind. Also due to personal commitments today, we were unable to inform him earlier. When we were able to reply to him to inform him of this, he gave a really snarky and quite rude reply. Avoid at all costs. He needs to get over himself and take a no on the chin.

Honest open and friendly people to deal with. Very helpful and good after sales service.

Wouldn’t buy a can of pop off the cowboys… took a chance on the van with out seeing it and got filled full of rubbish. I asked is there any knocks or bangs.. no, well there was. Dip stick locator is lose so had a nightmare getting that back in when I checked the oil. Bonnet pull was broken. Problems with the turbo. Lesson learnt don’t buy anything with out seeing viewing it because some people out there just want to rip you off like this melt has

Well, after travelling a long way to view one of these vans which is described as immaculate, all I can say is what a complete & utter wreck, full of dents and rust. The dealer's attitude was absolutely horrendous he was rude, aggressive & totally in our faces & at one point he actually told us to p**s off, this dealer wants reporting to the Trading Standards, avoid this seller at all costs!!
