Would give lower than 1 star if I could! Absolutely disgusted by this man or company or whoever is in charge. I googled windscreen repairs and this is what came up. So I checked the opening time and luckily they're still open until 8pm (phew!). So I rang the number to be greeted by What!?". Not the way a professional answers a phone. Anyhow asked how much a chipped windscreen would cost to repair and if insurance would be able to cover the cost. Everything all good and I told him I'll speak to my insurance company and call back. To which he then became really irritated and aggressive saying

I have used Glasweld Systems in Lisburn many times over the years for the business and I find Derek and his righthand man to be professional and very efficient. They come to you and replace or repair the windscreens same day. Fantastic Service and a fraction of the cost of the big brand companies. 5 star service.
