Ordered for my Mum for Mother’s Day, easy to place order online and Lesley and her team managed to work around my Mums work schedule (on what must be an incredibly busy day for them) and deliver it to her work on time. I was on video call to my Mum at the time and could see the flowers were fresh and beautiful. My Mum also says they smell amazing, very happy Mum and daughter!

Ordered flowers for a special relative who lives far away. Really attentive on the phone and listened to the colours I wanted in the bouquet. The flowers arrived and our absolutely beautiful - delighted with the whole service!

Ordered online for next day delivery and stupidly gave a wrong expiry date on my card. Lesley called me next morning and left a voicemail explaining that I’d given the wrong date but not to worry as she’d still send the flowers out for delivery and I could call when I was free with correct details. I did call straight away and corrected my mistake but was nice to know that she recognises it was a genuine mistake and the flowers would still go out. First class service and the flowers were beautiful. Would definitely use again.

My order was due for delivery on Friday but due to illness Lesley phoned up asking if it could possibly be delayed till Monday. This was no problem and she even kindly offered to put in a bit extra. There really was no need but my mum in law sent me a picture of the flowers when they arrived and they were absolutely beautiful! She is over the moon and so am I. Would 100% recommend Lesley and will be using her again for sure.

Got flowers for my Mum's funeral last year and today, a year to the day she passed away, my sister and I were able to place a posy bought from Lesley Strachan again. The attention to detail is beautiful. We chose thus colour because laterally, Mum had macular degeneration and yellow was the only colour she could see. It's so easy to order online and over the years I have bought bouquets for birthdays too, all to the same high standard

We used Lesley and her team for our wedding flowers. We can't thank them enough what an amazing job they done. All our guests commented on how beautiful our flowers were . The flowers were so fresh and arranged so beautifully. We would definitely recommend Flowers by Lesley Strachan as they are great value, very friendly and do the most beautiful floral arrangements.
