Worst service ever !!!3 weeks ago I'm left my phone for battery replacement because original was dead and didn't charge the battery.They said time to order new battery and put it to mobile is 2-3 next working days and he promised give me a call when will be ready.I'm waiting for call 2 weeks and nothing happened when I'm went there to see what's going on with my phone he said someone send him wrong battery.So I'm back there after 7 days and phone was even touch.Finally when I'm waiting for him to put new battery one hour I'm went to home and put my sim to the phone but this time was no network showing on the screen then I start thinking something is broken when I'm open back cover I see damaged on the tape of the back of the phone and also screw was completely damaged as well !!Not recommended this shop for any repairs!!!!

Really good service, sorted quick and efficiently. He accidentally damaged the back of my phone when repairing the screen and fixed it free of charge, was honest and upfront and mistakes happen. Will go to him again for sure.

Clearly not interested in the issue, vague with timescales, didnt even know when they would open!Their reply doesn't make any sense either. They were interested enough to say yes they could do it and the phone has a receipt so isnt dodgy at all.1, the supplier will take it back, I was simply hoping it would be quicker to do via this shop.2, day off? how am I supposed to know if its a day off, the google list says its open.3, why would I spend time visiting when I can be answered over the phone? hmm, lets see, spend half hour on driving there, parking etc or 5 min phone call.4, no keyboard warrior here, you acted as if you couldn't care less and sounded as if you didn't know what you were doing. You can't say it sounded dodgy when I clearly told you I had a receipt. You also only said that after I left the review. Till then you were quite happy to do it and charge £25, don't try to act holier than thou.5, keep replying, its your business that suffers by you being ignorant, as anyone can see by reading the comments

Called on a Friday for a Samsung screen replacement. Waited till Tuesday for new one to be in stock. Within 1hr phone back to normal, with genuine part used. All working perfectly fine. Even charged less due to part being cheaper in the end, which is good honesty. Thank you.

I had a good service where even when i arrived at the end of their schedule they stayed after the closing time to fix it.

I paid £135 for my phone fixing and he did the worst job. The screen glitches out and I can’t see at some points. I went back in to speak to the guy and the customer service was awful, he tried telling me it was my fault and he had done a perfect job but days after he ‘fixed’ my screen it was glitching out. Not impressed. Save your money go somewhere else
