Everyone I have dealt with have been amazing.Laura came out to value the house and was very knowledgeable and very professional.Emily has gone above and beyond all expectations, being in a difficult situation she has consistently kept me up to date with the progress of the sale, including securing a buyer within a week of going on the market. She also suggested having a cost of moving appointment.I met with Amie who was so helpful in explaining the costs involved with finding my next house, she talked through options available to me and seemed genuinely interested in getting me the best rates for my next house.Thank you all so much

New build in Wrexham, Beresford Adams are agents..? Nothing gets fixed, nothing gets done and their communication is really bad. If you want to rent through them DO NOT BOTHER..

The service we have had so far from Beresford Adams in Wrexham has been first rate, particularly from our agent, Alice Lofts, and the branch manager, Liz Miller-Eccleston. Alice efficiently and accurately valued our house, and, with the aid of extremely professional photography from Peter, quickly put together attractive sales particulars. The house was put on the market at the earliest opportunity and our first request for viewing came within the hour. Alice has kept us informed of every development and even contacted the estate agent of the property we wish to buy to keep them informed of progress. Liz has also taken a personal interest and both Alice and Liz have offered sound advice. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Lettings team were very helpful in our search for a property. Kept us up to date with potential properties and they were very on the ball. If you are looking definitely get in contact.

I had brilliant service from the team in the Wrexham branch. Alice, who came out and valued my property was very knowledgeable and a lovely lady. Nathan, who had already shown me around countless properties beforehand, was a true superstar! He always had time to reply to my questions and offered support when I needed it and did it all with a smile. And last but by no means least,, Liz, who manages everything. She went over and above with helping me fill out the countless forms and making sense of the legal stuff I know nothing about. The atmosphere in the branch is always welcoming and cheerful. If I was ever in a buying or selling situation again I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them. Highly recommended.

Absolutely appalling service. Put me off renting through an agency. Tryed to finish with them beginning of May, it's 21st July not heard a word.... as per usual. I've had to sort out my tenants by myself. Waste of money. Contracts messed up. Overcharged.

Excellent sales pitch to get us onboard, since then it has been a sham, no communication unless we chase them, a week to respond to emails, loads of potential buyers also promised looking to buy at the beginning yet zero viewings to date.Extremely disappointing performance.

The girls at Beresford Adams have been nothing but amazing the whole way through my house purchase, as a first time buyer the process was very daughting but the girls have helped with everything and put me at ease. Amie Preece the mortgage advisor was so helpful and full of information and I couldn't be happier to have her as my advisor. I would really recommend Beresford Adam’s Wrexham to anyone, especially Emily and Anna who have been a huge help to myself and my partner.Nothing was never too much trouble and if they were unsure on anything they always got back to us with the information so quickly! House buyers proceed with extreme caution. Wrexham team will inform that an in-branch appointment is required to submit a property offer. On arrival, I was escorted into an office where the in-branch mortgage advisor led an unsolicited interview about my circumstances, then conducted a soft search on my credit file without obtaining my consent. After telling them that I already had a mortgage advisor and DIP, they continued to pressure me into accepting one of their brokered offerings (which I did not).Sales team are manipulative in communication to extort higher offers for their sellers. If you are unfortunate enough to find your dream property listed with Beresford Adams Wrexham, remember:- You are not obliged to have a mortgage appointment in order to submit an offer- You are not obligated to tell this company whether the offer you are submitting is your best & final at the time you submit it- BA is not allowed to perform a soft search on your credit report without your consent. Ensure they ask for it.Currently working towards a formal complaint to FCA over unsolicited mortgage broker appointment & soft search.
