Terrible reception staff, customer service staff, department managers are all rude, sarcastic and should be sent to nursery to learn manners as my 2yrold has better manners than them. Car was recovered and secured at there compound after a crash. 10weeks of excuses as to why I couldn't collect they released vehicle after I bought it back From insurance company. brought to me on a forklift, dumped to the ground. Split alloy, punctured tyre, bent wheel axle and oil leak as well as number plates missing. Annoyed as they had advertised and sold it at auction illegally, damaged vehicle and have 0 customer aftercare. DON'T GO THERE

My car was written off in dec 2022 and copart sold my car to a third party with my private reg on, had about 10 penalty tickets and appealed against all of it and the councils want a forwarding address so the can send the tickets to the right person and copart refusing to provide the details of buyer.its been over a year now and im still getting penalty notices in my name.WORST COMPANY EVER.

Spoke to Sam this morning to book my vehicle in for collection very professional and explained what’s going to happen with my vehicle. Very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend to a friend.

Bought a bmw 1 series as run and drive" from copart York witch came with a broken suspension arm. Manager didn't care one bit about the situation and he didn't honour the Members protection pledge as the vehicle was wrongfully advertised.AVOID"

Can't fault the bargains you can get but manager here seem to employ yard staff with major attitude problems and not friendly and sometimes not got clue at all and trying to enter a car is like trying to sign your life away only to drop off to then be called can't put in sale habe to come beck get it for stupid things seems to be a regular thing across most copart sights from the reviews you see online from recovery drivers need to get more proffiensonal and more manners with the public buying and stop getting greedy with fees give them a reason to come back or not the worries of coming and having to deal with attuide from staff friendliness and helpful goes a long way in any business

I recently had a terrible experience with Copart when I purchased a car through their online auction. My initial excitement turned into sheer frustration and disappointment as soon as I went to collect the vehicle. The advert claimed that the car runs and drives

Waiting time was a bit long but the staff are very helpful and understanding. They put the car directly where we asked without hesitation. Overall very fast and good experience.

Bought a car that was wrongly advertised. Was promised a full refund. Still waiting for the refund and when chasing it keep getting told they need authorisation from area manager but cannot say when this will be. Not at all happy when they set a deadline for payment but cannot issue a refund when it's their mistake. I've now been left without a car. Think twice about using this Company. I wish I could give them 0 stars
