Serviced a Beomaster 4000 for me. Bearing in mind this amplifier receiver is over 40 years old it was returned working beautifully. Ray is utterly trustworthy and gave great advice regarding servicing. Would definitely use this company again and their prices are reasonable

I can't recommend Ray enough.My beosound mk3 9000 had lost its voice. I called Ray first thing on Monday morning and collected it fully working that very same afternoon. Brilliant service. Would definitely use again. Many thanks.

These people operate on eBay as daisy8891. The service and level of competency is atrocious.They have twice messed up delivery and they still have my money and the item I bought is for sale on eBay,even though it was shipped yesterday to the wrong address.They're clearly trying to get around rules on not accepting returns by pretending to be a private seller.

Spoke to Helen for advice on the phone. Sent my B&O 3702 bass drivers in for re-foaming. Kept in touch with Ray by email who kept me updated re progress.Delivered back in excellent condition, well packed and protected.A truly excellent service. Now enjoying my music and vinyl LP records once again. Keep up the good work.

Took a poorly 7000 Beomaster and Beogram CD that had been in the loft for several years to get the once over. Very friendly service and let me know within a few days what the issues were and fixed them for a reasonable price within a week. Very pleased with the result and very lucky that they were not far from where I live. These guys genuinely love and are very enthusiastic of B&O.
