Manager tried to intimidated me!As I cant name the manager, all I can say is that there's no need to intimidated anyone at work. Especially for a silly mistake. A mistake that he does not want to be fix (to include your sauces when you pay for it).Chips were cold and tasteless. No ice in my drink and missing apple pie.I have included pictures so that you know where to go to make your complaint face to face and hopefully manager wont try to intimate you.I had made an email complaint and phone call too. Will keep it updated.

Item missing from my order delivered by Uber Eats. McDonald’s app tells me to call Uber who only want to refund the amount ex VAT. Both these far king bar stewards are worse than scum. McDonald’s and Uber. Won’t order from these money grabbers again.McPlant burger completely missing. Food was cold, stone cold.I hope the master baiter running this show gets a taste of the own medicine to then realise why cheating customers is not the right way to go run a business.Yes, I am that peeved off.

9 out of 10 times there are missing food items! Not good when your kids are crying as their food has missing things. I’m so fed up but only nearest McDonald’s delivery via Uber eats is this one. Appalling customer service. Why not double check someone’s order is complete?

Ordered for the first time via the app. Wont be doing it again, not only was a BigMac missing, 2 Chicken selects as well. Not only are they happy to charge you for all missing items but also hit you with a £4 delivery fee. Tried to ring them multiple times jus for them to cut the call and not answer

Absolutely terrible. Can't order in-store, app refuses to recognize this McDonald's. Ordered from Delivery. Fries cold all items missing except fries. No refunds. Bad manager. Deliveroo people had their feet on the desk. Do not go here , it isn't a real McDonald's!!!

Delivery driver called Ana stole my childrens food!!!!! We had to re order and pay again and we still have not received a refund. this is incredible. I will persevere and continue to complain until I get our money back. Apparently this lady has done this before so if your driver is Ana then beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery was fine and came quickly. However, my special Big Tasty was an absolute mess (and there was no bacon.)The chicken nuggets were over cooked. Chips soggy, as expected from a delivery. Everything else, fine. May order again if I am desperate.

Food arrived cold and had incorrect toys in the happy meals. They charge extra for food items and then charge for delivery too. DO NOT RECOMMEND
