Recommended by a friend who had previously used Trav for multiple sport massages, I decided to book in as I was experiencing tightness in my lower back and calves. Had my treatment on Friday and already booked in for the following Friday, was made up with the service provided, he also gave me stretches to go away with to do in my own time that I have been performing daily and seem to be helping massively. 5* all round, I will be fully recommending Knots Be Gone MCR
