Not a great experience on this order after dealing with Luke (who was great) for months on an order. The jib arrived damaged and we were instructed to bend it back into place ourselves. The bag is not fit for purpose and upon contacting Hague they said they would be unable to cover the cost of sending the bag back even though it looked nothing like the rigid good quality bag on the website.UPDATE **In response to the owner" as per below. I was very thankful for the order
