I really want to thank the guy who works night shift today as a cashier! He was very friendly and knows how to be happy while working despite sleepless and impatient customers! Hope he ll take it’s rightful place :)

The staff seemed worn out, slow, and dissatisfied to serve; I'm not sure whether this is the usual. It's unfortunate that the welcome lounge just has one 24-hour cafe. Costa is not usually my first choice. In fact, it would be my last choice no matter where I went in the nation. With so many people passing by, the seating area needs to be cleaned up more.

The slowest service. Staff members doesn’t know how to make drinks. So many people at the coffee machine don’t understand what to do. And the main question is how can I drink bubble frappe through this tiny straw???

Update, 01 July 23: Got only coffee again; noticed more flies in the pastries cabinet. Told both staff members and I've never seen such indifference!30 Apr 23.Stopped for and early-morning and a pastry, until I saw the fly that was industriously visiting each pastry one by one.Told the person serving and she just casually brushed it away. Clearly, hygiene is but an after thought in this place.

Lousy crews especially the man at the till who does not even speak good english. Kept me waiting for 10 minutes for a simple cappuchino. Asked for a refund but insists on giving me the cappuccino which I declined. Should be more cordial and polite. Worst crew of costa.

16/05/23 Working in Stansted Airport you have to have a coffee every day, but since the weather was friendly past month now and me loving the bubble frappe's I usually opt for that instead. And let me tell you that for past more then a month Costa in Stansted Airport never has Ice. But never, not in the day ,not in the night, not never. I start to think that they are just lazy to do the frappe s, because I refuse to believe such a big company can't fix an ice machine (iven if franchise) . And we don't speak about staff. They were 5 of them and 1 manager, only 1 till open, queue massive and none didn't even think to let everyone from the queue know that they dont have ice. The manager then ask the lady to open the till and she litteraly took 5 minutes to do that, she was moving the cakes in low motion, then the prices 1 by one, then move again the cakes cause they were not straight enough for her eyes. That manager deserves a patience " reward

Honestly, Costa is not my favourite coffee out there. However, I travel often to London and will always stop by to order my coffee!An older man with grey hair (likely the supervisor) is a gentleman and deserves a raise!Superb customer service! Super kind and professional. He noticed me and my girlfriend looking at our coffee and came to ask if anything was wrong. We didn’t even need to complain or anything and he was already there ready to help!Impressive! Thank you!

I travel a lot and I stop at this costa a lot being one of my favourite coffe. Unfortunately every time my enthusiasm drops down when I approach the till. The staff is very rude, no eye contact, they almost force you to choose as quickly as possible and I was given a side eye by one of your employee, (a blonde tiny girl with Eastern European accent).I asked my cappuccino to be wam and I almost felt ashamed or guilty to ask.Please give your staff some sort of customer training and teach them how to smile at least to customers who pay their wages.The croissant was stale and dry at 5 am when you expect the greatest freshness.Thank you

My partner asked for syrup in my latte, new employer doesn't know how to add to the system which is understandable so asks help to the manager who does it for him but let's out a comment thinking I didn't hear it saying: don't worry about it these people think they are very special" who does he think he is???"
