I received my Adidas Star Wars edition in Spain in less than 2 days after ordering it. All perfect, the customer service was super efficient with the tracking information. I will definitely start to always check this shop before buying new shoes anywhere else.

Wouldn't recommend using this company, I opened my coat a few weeks after delivery and realised its a size to large, tried to return and they told me that their returns policy is 14 days!! Most retailers allow 30 days, they wouldn't flex on this which I think is very unreasonable.

Fantastic menswear store just outside the busy city centre in Liverpool!Well worth a visit if you're the slightest interested in fashion or even architecture! Great layout, polite and helpful staff and lots of great high end brands!A great mix of clothes, shoes and accessories!!

The item I purchased at the full price of £319 was reduced twice and still listed at full price down to £219. The team refunded me the first reduction when I found out, the second time they refused. Mo very rude and cocky probs not a good fit for customer service. left about £30 out of pocket. Team said they reduce the prices to fit market but it wasn't listed as a sale item. So be warned they change prices as they see fit and dont list reductions. Bit of a SCAM if you ask me. Wont shop with these again.

Shoes on the list (choosed to searching with filter by size).. When I finally found pair i liked and tried open link the description under shoes was OUT OF STOCK.Why they are in the list then? Just time wasting and already annoying experience.

Purchased some District Vision sunglasses. I received a case and a cleaning cloth - no glasses in the box. I raised the issue, sent photos and was told to follow up with my bank as it was not their responsibility. They told me they have CCTV footage showing the box being packed so they have to assume there were glasses in the box, despite the fact it was not sealed when it arrived. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Would never shop with these guys again.

I recently purchased a pair of limited edition Air Max marina OGs then read the reviews and became worried. All I can say is I'm glad I didn't read anything prior to purchase Sevenstore were flawless, the service was bang on and I received my order the next day. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I hope this is the start of a beautiful trainer providing relationship. I will be back to buy from Sevenstore again and again!

. I ordered a chilli bomber jacket from your Canada goose range . The coat came and you had sent me a Parker coat not the bomber coat . The code on the coat was the same as the code on the website so after speaking with someone on live chat you determined that you had got the code wrong on the website . You advised me to send the coat back and write in the returns slip which coat I wanted and you’d exchange it .Today I have received a refund without any explanation? You have even deducted the shipping fee …. the only reason that I returned the coat was because you sent me the wrong coat.The refund is sitting in pending but after now seeking other reviews on this store I feel lucky that I did actually get a refund all be it minus my delivery fee .

One of the worst online customer service experiences. Ordered an item to Canada. The store mislabelled the value of the item, causing import fees to be insanely higher than they should have been. Customer services kept insisting they made no error. When I provided the DHL invoice that clearly shows the value of the item was listed at full retail when I had purchased it on sale for a fraction of the price, customer service ignored my requests for help and never responded again. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
