Justin (Plan-it Partnership) was recommended to us by our builder, from the initial meeting to discuss our requirements to producing the final drawings they have been more than helpful. This was our first building project and they have assisted us all the way though, organising planning permission, building regulations etc..We would most definitely use again and would highly recommend !

We required design drawings for planning and building regulations, and Justin provided us with a very efficient and overall excellent service. Initial discussions were thorough and the final drawings were professional, detailed and produced promptly, meeting all of our requirements. Justin is extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience, and all his guidance and advice was most invaluable and reassuring. I would highly recommend.

We were recommended to Justin at Plan-it Partnership and his advice and ideas really made the most of the original footprint of our house and the new space created by our extension. From the planning stage through to applying for permission and building regulations Justin was efficient and professional and his experience made such a difference with the project including extra help we needed due to our property being in a conservation area. His guidance throughout was invaluable, would definitely recommend.

Justin at Plan-It Partnership worked with us on our alterations, preparing Planning and Building Regulations drawings. He provided an excellent, knowledgeable service at what I believe was a very reasonable cost and came up with a great design. We were making a lot of structural alterations, so Justin put us in touch with a really good structural engineer and then included the engineer's work in the Building Regulations drawings. if I were to do any further alterations I'd definitely want to work with Justin again.

I asked Justin to offer some ideas for a kitchen living room extension and an en suite. He came up with a number of options. The one we settled on went through planning with no issues first time. He was always available to talk and his costs were very reasonable and fixed at the beginning of the process. I fully recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate in using him if i need an architect in the future..

I was very pleased that the plans went through and were granted by the council on the first application.The end result was an extension that was inkeep with the property, infact it is difficult to see where the original property and extension meet.Thank you Justin, we are very happy and hope to use your services in the future.

I first contacted Plan it Partnership about adding a first floor extension to my bungalow after learning planning laws had changed and that i could do it under the new prior approval scheme.Justin was amazing he guided me through the whole process and was already up to date with the prior approval upwards extension scheme even though it is a brand new scheme.Our application was the first prior approval application in Warwickshire to be approved. Justin made the process straight forward and easy, he gave us excellent advice and guidance through out.I can not recommend Justin enough, so much that he has drawn up other plans for us since!
