Julie Innes Veterinary Surgery

I can't thank Julie and the other staff enough for looking after my wee dog yesterday after his operation he had the best care.

Have a lot of confidence when I take my dogs into here to be seen to. They are well looked after and everyone there clearly loved pets

We have nothing but praise for Julie and her team. Every time we go to the practice everyone there treats my dog Rocco with care and compassion. It is as if he was their dog and nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately, Rocco has terminal cancer, diagnosed by Julie. She has been great throughout this horrible time and informs and advises us with care, compassion and respect for Rocco. Obviously we'd rather not go through this difficult time but as we have to it's good to know that Julie and her team are there when we need them.Our other little dog Tia was also a patient of Julie's, and always received great care at the practice. Unfortunately, Tia passed away suddenly in August 22. Thanks are not always enough ...

Julie, thank you for spending time with us and explaining every step during our last minutes with our dear Bonnie. You are truly awesome, can't thank you enough for the past 11 years of care. Xx

Julie and her team go above and beyond to care for each animal. I have been with her practice for a few years now. I have had different issues with different pets, Julie's team has always been there for us.

All staff are lovely! Took our two cats, Vi and Jinx, to get spayed. The staff made us feel especially relaxed leaving them. Cannot thank them enough!

Called attempting to get an appointment for my cat saying that I had not long moved into the area and my cats were still registered several hours away. Explained that my cat had been ill since yesterday and I didn't want to take the risk of it worsening. Was met with a rather abrupt receptionist who said that it would take a week to register. This was after sitting from 0830 calling around all the vets in my current cats' registry chain and not wanting to take the risk of waiting two days (first available appointment). Both of my cats are middle aged indoor cats who rarely require vet care (they just sit on their perches judging you all day). Finally got another vet who was happy to call my cat's own vet for her rather meagre records and see her today.Can't comment on the level of veterinary care or the building etc but would not contact this vet in future on the basis of this one experience with the receptionist.

12 yrs of being at the vets with our dog small things where no problem at all. But as soon as she needed an operation and we didn't have money asked about payment plan and turned down my dog has since had to be put down sad this all ended and all came down to money sad really.

All the vets and staff in the practice are wonderful. We moved from another vet to this one and are very pleased that we did so.
