A great place full of lovely staff who will really look after your child!

Nothing positive to say about this nursery, not a nice environment, the owner is extremely rude and difficult, with very poor people skills. My child hated it here, some long term staff were nice, mostly staff were so rude. Would advise to look elsewhere for your children.

I have been to this nursery and holiday club as a child and a member of staff. I can only think of positive experiences and how welcoming and friendly this nursery feels. The staff work hard and ensure that child feel safe, happy and welcomed.100% recommend!

My son attended playpals nursery for just over a year, which he absolutely loved, I can't thank the staff enough for taking such good care of my son, they went above and beyond to help him progress in so many ways, I would highly recommend this wonderful nursery to anyone looking for excellentchildcare .

Our Daughter loves going to Paypals. Playpals have been great for her, she started just before her 1st Birthday and the benefits in her development since have been enormous. She loves all of the staff, she is always excited to go. We really like that they have been around since the mid 80’s and their wealth of experience is evident! And a bonus is, most of (if not all) of the staff are all paediatric first aid trained. Thank you Playpals :)

Our daughter attended Playpals for 3 years full time. She was well loved, well nourished and happy. She has grown up to be a kind, empathetic and independent little girl, thanks to the care and guidance she has received from her nursery. She looked forward to going to nursery every single day, she would want to go even on weekends. All her food allergies were taken care of and alternatives were always provided making sure she did not ever miss out. Despite her being a fussy eater, she absolutely loved food at the nursery. She even learned some sign language. Playpals offers very personal care suited to individual child and family and as a family we felt supported during some of the difficult times. Staff are professional and have years of experience and the kids adore them. Lynne, the owner, is very approachable and accommodating, always doing what is best for the kids and staff.

A nursery that feels more like a family. I'm an ex-employee, I've worked here and it's been a wonderful experience. The staff are kind, friendly and experienced to take care of children. Playpals is a nursery that cares and is a great environment for your children to develop and grow.

I have had 2 children attend playpals so have been with them for many years. The staff are all friendly and bubbly and make the children feel comfortable. The manager is also very professional and very accommodating through me changing work and home situations. I have found all the staff to be very supportive to both myself and my children when required. Overall an outstanding nursery and would highly recommend.

My son attended this nursery from when he was a 10months old I cannot rate this nursery highly enough the staff are so warm and friendly, and always put my sons needs first. Excellent care given to every child under its roof. my son is in reception he left playpals this September to go to school he has developed so much during his time in playpals and is very confident in school thanks to playpals staff to really developing his skills and abilities from a young age. Also previous years my 3 daughters attended this nursery and they still attend holidays club that is run by playpals.

Amazing nursery, staff are really passionate about working with the children! Children feel at home and thrive throughout the rooms in play pals. The staff are very experienced and friendly to help children settle and feel at home!
