Helpful company. I wanted some pre-cut Dexion to build some shelving, and these guys not only cut it to length for me, but phoned and explained that because of where the holes are, the cuts had to be in specific places. As a result, we discussed my needs, and I was able to build just the shelving I wanted. It's good to see that personal service still exists in the Internet age. Full marks.

We have purchased from rackingman a few times over the past year for various warehouse requirements. Deliveries have been prompt, well packed and reasonable. The quality of products we have purchased thus far have been excellent. Will continue to use for future warehouse requirements.

I have to say that the service I received from this Company from my initial inquiry through to installation was excellent. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable, the product arrived promptly, I even received a call to ask if the item could be delivered earlier than I had expected. The items (which were mezzanine pallet gates) arrived strapped down and protected on a pallet and were built and finished to a high quality. The installation instructions were included and although they had no text (presumably to avoid multiple languages) were quite easy to follow but I was confident that had I had any issues Rackingman would have put me straight over the phone - Overall I would definitely recommend this Company
