We went in to the warhammer shop In hanley for the first time a few weeks ago with our 9 year old son as he has started showing a interest in miniature making and painting. The manager Ben made this one of the most wonderful shopping experiences of our life, he made us all feel very welcome in the shop and in the warhammer community I would highly recommend this shop and its wonderful management

Might as well leave some much deserved love for Ben. The dude is such a welcoming man. His knowledge of the products and engaging way to explain them to any one from experiencend players to completely new players is fantastic. I'd always rather come here for the 5 mins chats we have and pay the 20 percent extra than order online for cheaper.Credit to the store and the community. Thanks BenJoe

Ben is a very welcoming and friendly manager who helped me get back into the hobby. Always happy to help with any questions and offers great advice. The store itself looks great.

Amazing! Visited looking for a new card game for me and my son, Ben the manager was so welcoming and even though he seemed really busy he helped us play our first game of Warhammer 40000 with another family who came in a few minutes later, after explaining some of the background and what warhammer is to us all. The battle was loads of fun and couldn’t stop laughing at times. my son loved it so much we picked up a starter set and we are at home building it now looking forward to our first game at home. We’ll deffo be back at get some painting tips from staff and pick up a few new things. Hands down one of best experiences I’ve ever had in a shop. Warm welcoming, no pressure to buy and so so helpful we have joined the free beginner program to learn more about it all

As always, fantastic customer service. Went in with my young son who had never played or had any experience with the hobby (me, nigh on 30yr veteran of the hobby). Ben spent ages explaining things to my son in an engaging way, and of course made it oh so easy to spend a fair chunk of change!

Considering its size it's a great little store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. You are paying Warhammer prices, however you get the added benefit of having someone to advise, on hand.

Lovely store. Ben, Adam and Matt are really welcoming and helpful. Nice collection of miniatures and paints. Plus places to play a game or two. Staff are really helpful when it comes to knowing about the hobby and don't mind spending some time helping you out.
