The choice of cupcakes was sooo good I had difficulty making a decision, but I was so pleased with my choices. I had 60 cupcakes delivered as a sweet finish to my husband's 6oth birthday party. Everyone commented how good they were. Thank you Rachael's Cupcakes I am recommending you x

Worst delivery! I left a note with two numbers to call for delivery. Yet no one called and i just received an email saying, that it couldn't be delivered. Tried to contact them, since the delivery is a birthday surprise. They kept declining for delivery or even pick up today. The birthday it TODAY and not tomorrow.

I ordered gender reveal cupcakes to be sent to a friend. I indicated in the order note to NOT reveal the inner colour of the cupcakes as it was meant to be a surprise (its a gender reveal party after all!).To my horror, Rachael's Kitchen spoiled the surprise by indicating the colour 'pink' on the delivery receipt.I wrote Rachael's Kitchen an email telling them about it - they apologized and offered 20% off their items on my next order. I explained to them that im based in Canada, and the cupcakes were sent to my friend in the UK as part of my virtual gender reveal party - they still insisted that the best they can do is 20% off the next order. Any business that made such a mistake like this would usually offer a full refund or atleast a voucher/baked goods equivalent to the amount spent. I am extremely disappointed with Rachael's Kitchen for spoiling the surprise of my gender reveal party in which ive put so much effort in organizing.

Super easy to order personalised cupcakes. They arrived promptly the next day, very well packaged with loads of bubble wrap and an ice pack.They tasted amazing too! I only managed to snag a chocolate one but everyone was raving about them, and having our charity logo on was literally the icing on the cake!Thank you from East London Community Band

Ordered cakes for a birthday present for a friend, they were easy to order and got delivered to her as arranged, well packaged and in one piece.She sent me a video of the cakes and they look beautiful, she was really pleased with them.Hope they are as good as they look but no reason to think they aren't. I would recommend Rachel's kitchen and I would use them again.

Cupcakes never arrived! Spent £76 on cupcakes for a party today and they weren't delivered. Called Rachael's Kitchen who just said delivery was delayed, they hold no responsibility for non delivery, they don't do refunds. I expect I'll have to find a way of eating 24 cupcakes alone tomorrow. Very Disappointed. Do not recommend if your cupcakes are for an event.

Tasty cupcakes, quick delivery with custom cupcakes. The cupcakes were not too sweet thankfully, and the presentation was lovely. Will order more for other special occasions!

My wife, Karina, paid extra delivery costs for the cupcakes to arrive on Saturday in time for a party on Sunday. They did not arrive, leaving her to rush around on Sunday morning to buy cakes. The delivery company say they delivered on Monday instead, but we still have no cakes, not that they're needed now anyway. Rachel's Kitchen are taking zero responsibility, blaming the delivery company that they, not we, choose to work with. They don't care that we paid for cakes that never arrived. Avoid this company, you might end up paying high prices for something that never arrives.
