I can't recommend or thank Jo Coupe enough at Wilson Bramwell! She has been so professional, patient, quick to respond to any queries and on the ball throughout the sale of our dads house, which through no fault of her own took an age to complete! The reason I chose Jo is because I read the other great reviews on this site and am so glad I did! A big heads up to Ruth Olley as well for dealing with probate for us so quickly and efficiently! Elizabeth at Wilson Bramwell was excellent. We had a relatively simple chain and managed to complete very quickly.Elizabeth was great at explaining everything to us as first time buyers, answered all our queries and did some digging crossing t’s and dotting i’s unprompted.Very pleased with the service received I would highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Elizabeth dealt with our house sale / purchase. Professional, great communication and made the process seem easy. She really was great and managed to get everything sorted in a timely manner.(We had originally appointed a different company who did nothing for 6 weeks other than cause us stress. The difference between the 2 was huge.)
