I contacted Charles about getting an EICR report done for a house purchase and he was able to book me in that same week. He was absolutely brilliant at responding to any queries and sent the report over the same day as the inspection which was ideal for my tight deadline. The report itself was thorough and photos of the issues noted in the report were also taken. I cannot recommend CBS Electrical Services highly enough and will definitely be using them again in future.

I chose CBS above several online Chester based Electrical Contractors since we urgently needed an EV home charging point fitted. His ratings attracted my attention.Despite the COVID-19 situation, Charles was timely, cost-effective and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, the installation process was fully explained and the cost was what we had budgeted for since we had to have a new consumer unit fitted inside the garage too.All in all, a great job, commissioned by a super efficient electrician who certainly knows his stuff. Happy to recommend.

Second time in using CBS and once again excellect service. Charles is able to identify issues quickly, takes you through exactly what the problem is and how your specific systems should work and the remediation needed. He was able to fix our electric fault today in under an hour which included popping out to get a part. Very friendly and tells some great jokes! Our go to if any electrical issues in our house.Excellent service, came out same day to The Quarter in Chester to fix tripped electrics in whole flat. Quickly found fault and gave recommendations, all resolved within the hour at a good price. Would definitely recommend.

Charlie came to the aid of my parents when all their upstairs lights suddenly went off. It was a difficult job finding an electrical fault in an old house. Punctual, came same day and even rearranged his planned work for following day. Reasonably priced. My parents can't thank him enough for an excellent job. Would highly recommend.
