Sold me a car without a proper MOT, rather than fix a dodgy wiring issue with the lights they instead put cheap LED lights in for the brake light and didn’t fix the issues with the flickering headlights. Sold it to me as passed then when it was MOT’ed a year later the LED bodge job was picked up and failed, at a cost to me. Also the car stank of cigarette smoke (I’d never been in a car so smelly) and they happily sold this to me without cleaning it properly while I was heavily pregnant and about to give birth. Unable to test drive the car or get in it etc due to Covid restrictions so I trusted the car to not be disgusting, big mistake!! It was foul and I had to have the car deep cleaned to remove the stench. Ideal situation to be in with a newborn baby. Do not buy a car from here unless you want to give your money to people who put a tiny profit over providing decent customer service, human decency etc.

Not impressed with this car dealer one bit....I purchased a car from them and it wasn't as described in the ad. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from this place as all you will get is a very unprofessional service. Jack was trying to be helpful but lacks professionalism in alot of areas. Definitely room for improvement on his behalf. My issue still hasn't be resolved and this has been going on for over 4 months now.....terrible service beyond words...

Bought a car from this people and I am wondering we’re they get MOTS done to many things wrong tyres, brakes and discs and now missing wheel locking nuts missing straight fail in mot be aware with this people!!!!!!Ps: and no answer the phone tipical of cowboys.

Unfortunately my experience with this company it’s been ruined by the OWNER of the company itself.A couple of weeks ago I went to this shop and found the PERFECT car for me (and I did say to them that I was very interested in it!), unfortunately tho I had to holiday so I sign and paid a deposit (fully refundable) which would “block” the car for me until I come back from holiday. The idea behind this was that I really wanted that car and I wanted to drive it to be 100%! Unfortunately tho a couple of days before my appointment for the drive, I gotinformed that the OWNER of the shop didn’t care about me (a customer) and decided to take the car for the daughter! I was shocked when they said this to me.So at the end of the day, I really really don’t suggest this place as the Owner IS NOT a professional and reliable person.I feel sorry for the employees as they couldn’t do much.So much for their motto “Your satisfaction is our success”.. well you failed then.

Quick to take money, but slow to give it back even when it's in your right within the 14 day period. Had alot of issues with the manager John. Extremely patronising and so rude, (if you're a young woman DO NOT go there alone, get someone to go with you that understands cars, the experience will be better if it's a man with you). Manager's attitude and way of speaking to me was abhorrent. I had to wait over a month before writing a review until they paid back everything that was owed. Again beware of John the manager of this dealership.. Especially if you're a woman.

Well what started off a good service. Turned very quickly in to my worst nightmare. Paid a lot of money to be told the car had been to the dealership for it's check point system. After two months I rang to say about an issue. Had to get looked into myself at an actual dealership and pay the cost. Still costing me now. Am being completely ignored. Which is nice . In the professional dealership's opinion, I got sold a car not suitable to drive just got it back after a fee weeks without a car. Three childrens safety to take into account, these guys sold me a car with faulty shocks and injection system completely gone. The car is a lemon. I was happy to go half's on the cost but like I said being completely ignored.So if you happy to throw away money on false information go for it. Red flag stay away .

Bought a van here online without seeing it,I had it delivered and all was as described, but after further inspection the next day i was surprised to find a few cosmetic issues, i called Dean and i must say he couldn't have been more helpful, I took the van back to him and within a few hours everything was all sorted out. Overall I was very impressed with my purchase and Totally Trade Direct i would recommend.

Never came away with a car,but sales staff and owner very helpful,wouldn't hesitate in going back there.

What a fantastic garage. From start to finish Barry and the crew were amazing. Open, honest and an absolute joy to purchase my car from. There was a few things that needed replacing on my car and they were open and honest about these and made sure the car was it tip top shape before driving it off. 10/10 would recommend.

I went to totally trade direct about a month ago to buy the first car for my daughter, all she knew was that she want a small ,safe , not to expensive and affordable to run. And let me tell you they done a great job helping her to make a right decision and pick the right car.The service was outstanding and I would like to say thank you special to Howard for his professionalism and for all help.My daughter loves her car thank you again.
