Shred-it

Terrible company who continuously cold call you when you have enquired about a service, and push until you sign on the dotted line.Attitude of staff is poor, but they are obviously on sales targets.I agreed to a service of shredding but needed time to get my stuff together.Phone calls every day to chase me up to sign agreement.When I said I will do it but would prefer to be left to do it in my own time, I was told, it is company policy to chase things up, in a very sarcastic way.I explained that is not how i like to conduct business, so I wouldnt be proceeding with the agrement and to withdraw rhe request for service. Once again I got more sarcasm.I wouldn't entertain using in the future.

I called the number to check address and opening hours over the festive period. All I wanted to find my nearest office. They did not have a clue ... sent me to an office which had closed !!!!!! I arrived at team valley and it was closed with abit of paper in the window with a change of address. If your office which deals with calls does not know where you are....how do u expect customers.

We have been disposing of archived material and I contacted Shred-It to ask about their services. I spoke with Siba Abbas who was most helpful and talked me through their process in great detail. Once we decided on which of their options we wanted to take up, the process of pick up, disposal and invoicing was extremely quick and efficient. We will definitely be using Shred-It again.
