Terrible Customer Service. I had some paint colour mixed and it was nothing like the colour charts. The manager (David) was unapologetic and didn't really provide any insight/knowledge as to why it had occurred. They made me a replacement colour and this was again nothing like the colour charts. Returned to store to try and resolve but he was unwilling to do anything. All that was required was some extra colour pigments to darken the colour (ie to make it the same shade as the colour charts) which is a quick, simple and cheap solution but as he wasn't willing to do this shows how little they care about customer satisfaction. The other Dulux store in Cardiff has much more knowledgeable and helpful staff who actually listen to customers.

Well, if you want to find a good place to find good quality paint to decorate your house, then this is the place for you. Hubby and I have been to another big chain company, but didn't really find the paint that would match our wallpaper, even though they had a machine to scan and find the closest colour, so we gave this place a try and so glad we did. The staff obviously had very good knowledge and provided us with some useful advice. We finally found a perfect colour to match the wallpaper. Highly recommended.
